United in joy, grapefruit kisses rose, celebrating tequila's beautiful harmony. Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Curamia Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz. Honey
  • Egg White
  • 3 Dashes Pey chaud's
  • 0.25 oz. Rosewater
  • Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to shaker except rosewater with no ice and shake it like you mean it. Open your tins and add ice to top. Shake aggressively. Strain into a martini glass. Layer rosewater on top. Express Grapefruit peel over top.
