Returns and Exchanges
For Alcohol items:
Returns & exchanges are at the discretion of AccelPay and the licensed, third-party retailer in the AccelPay retail network.
For Merchandise:
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and under the following conditions:
- The returned items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above, so make sure you send it back to us quickly!
- We can provide free return labels for orders placed within the United States, please reach out to our support team & they will send you one via email. The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

EXCHANGES:
We want to make sure you get the right size or color, that’s why we’ve made exchanges quick & hassle-free. Just follow these simple steps!
- Return your original items to us for a refund in full. We do offer free returns within the USA, so feel free to email us for your label.
- Place a new order in your desired style & size. If there is any cost difference associated on the website, let us know and we’ll make sure you’re being refunded and charged the exact same amount.

Damaged Goods: If the return is a result of the item arriving damaged, please attach photo proof of the damaged product in your email otherwise, shipping cannot be refunded and/or the product cannot be replaced. To request a refund, please contact the customer care department by email at support@accelpay.io.
Do you ship outside the US?
No, all products must be shipped within the US. Orders containing alcohol can be fulfilled in all states except for AK,HI,MS,UT. Products can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
When will my order Ship?
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Your product will be delivered to you directly and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery. Note: Ground shipments are picked up and delivered Monday - Friday therefore orders placed on holidays or the weekend will be processed the following business day. For any shipping issues or assistance with tracking your package, please reach out to our support team at support@accelpay.io.
Do I have to be home to receive my package?
Yes, when ordering alcohol products you must be 21 years or older and be present to receive the product along with a valid ID and sign for the product.
Canceling or making changes to an order.
Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day, and therefore it is usually not possible to cancel or make any changes to orders before they ship. For alcohol, you can request changes by emailing customer care at support@accelpay.io, noting your order number in the subject line. For merchandise, you can request changes by emailing customer care at support@curamiatequila.com, noting your order number in the subject line. We will confirm if we can accommodate requests by email.
